September’s Soul Led Life Gathering is taking place right in the epicentre of the Equinox window. It’s a powerful time and the guidance coming through has been clear: It’s time for a mystical heart opening session.
This month’s Soul Led Life is a refining. Not the chainsaw work of massive shifts, but the sandpaper: gentle, precise, perceptive. We turn inward to remember; to attune. To notice the difference between the mental patterns of judgment and the subtle, steady signal of soul discernment. To begin (or continue) the soft undoing of who we learned to be – and listen instead for who we already are.
In This Gathering, we’ll explore how resolving inner polarities clears the path for soul-led living. You’ll be gently guided to experience how opposites can unify into a higher vibratory state, recognise the mental patterns of attachment and aversion, discover the soul’s innate ability to discern without division and let go of noisy inner conflict and return to inner stillness.
I have been on my personal and spiritual development path since 1994 (I was 19). I began with books, then courses and by my early twenties had begun collecting modalities (this is the terminology I use to share that I have studied a great deal over these 30 years in various techniques and lineages all throughout the areas of body, heart, mind and spiritual evolution). You can read a bit more about that here. Over this lifetime, I have been blessed to work personally with four enlightened teachers. To be in this Presence has been transformative and the time has come for me to bring more of this spiritual truth into my offerings.
