We can’t improve what we won’t review.
So in this work we slow down and look:
at what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s been normalised.
We do it with self-care (not harshness).
And we do it with support, so you’re not left alone with what you see –
you have guidance as you translate awareness into aligned change.
Living Aligned is a month-long, self-paced working container.
No group calls to show up for.
Twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays), you’ll receive an audio or video from me
to guide your reflection and direct your attention.

You’ll be invited to share your answers and reflections, and I will read and respond within the group.
I’ll respond to every comment and offer my insight, clarity, direction, and perspective.
Living Aligned is for you if

All parts of our lives interact with each other. They can drain or uplift all others. No amount of alignment in one area will create it across the board. This week we look at the “whole environment” of you.
We’ll explore what gets the bulk of your actual time and attention, and what isn’t being nourished by your attention — because it’s very common to keep our focus on the areas that feel the easiest, or the areas that feel the most painful, and leave other parts of our lives (and ourselves) untended.
We’ll also look at where misalignment has become normalised, and what becomes possible when you name what you’re seeing clearly.
Avoidance can look like what we do to stay away from wholistic honesty.
And it can look like what we don’t look at: the life area that isn’t being faced, named, or tended.
Sometimes we discharge the energy of a feeling — and that can be healthy.
And sometimes we discharge it instead of addressing what actually needs addressing.
If nothing gets resolved, we don’t build the skills. We just repeat the cycle.
This week is about bringing feelings back as priceless, moment-to-moment guidance.
A lot of people have learned to treat emotion as an inconvenience.
Tears get apologised for.
Anger gets pushed down or discharged.
Grief gets treated like something to get over.
And the deeper message of the feeling never gets heard.
In this work, feelings are guidance.
When we learn to correctly interpret the feedback, we stop making emotion “the problem” and start receiving it as information.
This week brings your awareness into your relationships and your choices..
We’ll focus on one relationship dynamic you want to change, and how to speak to the pattern rather than the itty-bitty details people argue about. When we have conversations about the patterns, framed properly, this is the most effective doorway to change..
We’ll also explore foundations — not just what you do, but the impulse underneath what you do there.
This is a pilot container.
